Adelia Elsie Amelia Fredrick, age 91 of Shawano, passed away Monday, December 31, 2012 at Oak Haven Assisted Living in Shawano. Born on June 12, 1921 in Waupaca County, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Hattie (Barkow) Dumke. On June 24, 1939 she was united in marriage to Ervin R. Fredrick at the St. Martin's Lutheran Church in Clintonville. In 1952 the couple moved to the Shawano area where Adelia did housekeeping for Pine Manor Health Care Center and Evergreen Care Center. She was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano and enjoyed sewing, cooking and baking. Adelia is survived by: 2 daughters, Janalee Conradt of Shawano, Ardene (Robert) Vogt of West Bend; 7 grandchildren, Lori (Steve) Pantle of West Bend, Jolie (Dean McBride) Conradt of Shawano, Jill (Kurt) Hansen of Shawano, Tami (Wally) Pavc of Shawano, Trisa (Jim) Monette of Madison, Mark (Sara) Conradt of Shawano, Mindy (Jeff) Born of Shawano; and 12 great-grandchildren, Courtney & Kayla Schmitt and Kenzie Pantle of West Bend, Cole Pavc of Independence, Adriana Pavc, Madison McBride, Breena & Baylie Hansen, Lane & Jace Conradt and Jaxon Born of Shawano, and Caleb Monette of Madison. Adelia was preceded in death by: her husband, Ervin on November 8, 1976; a grandson, Michael Vogt; her parents; 3 brothers, Walter, Fritz and Paul Dumke; and a son-in-law, Lawrence Conradt. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, January 4, 2013 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Ted Andrada officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Embarrass. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30am until the time of the service.
