Alexis D. Gille, age 26, of Birnamwood, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday January 10, 2026. Alexis was born on March 3, 1999, in Janesville, Wisconsin to Phillip Gille and the late Kelly Truitt. She received her GED from North Central Technical School. Alexis moved to Ohio after school for a while before making the return to Wisconsin and moving in with her sister, Brooke to help raise her nieces. She loved the Twilight movies and was known for her sweet tooth for frosting and chocolate milk. Alexis always spoke her mind but was a selfless young woman who would do anything to help her family. She loved her nieces and nephew with all her heart and whatever they needed she always made sure they had. Alexis was a very reliable person and was there to support and be there for her sister, nieces and her whole family. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt and friend; she will be deeply missed.

Alexis is survived by her father, Phillip (Melissa) Gille; sister, Brooke (Jake) Renier; brother, Tyler Gille; nieces and nephew, Eiven, Emma, Evalynn, Allie, Faith and Thomas. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Alexis is preceded in death by her mother, Kelly Truitt; and fiancé Glen.

A celebration of Alexis's amazing life will be held at a later date.
