Alix Richard Boyd, proceeded on his journey to Heaven, Sunday, March 30, 2014 in Milwaukee. Born just 14 hours earlier on March 29, 2014, the son of Anthony "Tony" Boyd, Sr. and Nicole Reiter. Alix is further survived by: siblings, Davey Jean, Racquel, Antone, Marcus, Allen, Alicia, Anthony, Jr; nieces and nephews, Amari, Sylvester, Anthony, Amaya, Aubrey; grandmother, Delores Reiter; great-grandmother, Barbara L. (nee Boyd) Reiter; special aunts, Ashley Corn, Elmira Corn, Denise Peters, Bridget Smith, Christy Boyd, Laura Doud; aunts and uncles, Alfred, Theodore, Jeff, Lew, Gary, Bruce, Joan, Candi, Bobbie Jo, Timothy; and numerous other relatives. Alix was preceded in death by: grandparents, Sylvester T. Boyd, Louise M. (nee Waubano) Boyd; great-grandparents, Anthony J. Reiter, Antone Waubano, Maniyan Washinawatok, James and Mabel Boyd; uncle, Waldon; and aunt, Brenda. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. David McElroy O Praem officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Boyd residence located at N3432 Cottage Avenue, Neopit from 1:00pm Tuesday until the procession leaves for the church on Thursday. A Parish Wake service will be held at the residence at 7:00pm on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
