Allen Roy Hartleben, age 76, of Cecil, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019 in Appleton. Allen was born on July 2, 1943 in the Town of Morris to the late Arnold and Caroline (Kunzak) Hartleben.  He served in the United States Army.  He was a house mover and after that he was a truck driver for over 50 years.  He enjoyed tinkering and collecting model cars and John Deere tractors.

Allen is survived by: his fiancé, Carol Warren; his daughters, JoAnn and Betty; siblings, Doug (Faye) Hartleben, Linda Ladwig, Jean Christensen and sister-in-law Jean Hartleben and their families. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; one brother Arley and two brothers-in-law, Jerry "Pete" Ladwig and John Christensen.

Funeral Services for Allen will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Cecil with Deacon Todd Raether officiating.  Military rites will be conducted by the Shawano AMVETS Post 10 after services. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will be in St. Martin cemetery. Swedberg-Zastrow Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
