Allen "Al" Marohl, age 83, of Bonduel, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay. Al was born on August 30, 1938 to the late Chas and Anita (Schultz) Marohl. Al served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1961. On February 3, 1962, Al was united in marriage to the love of his life, Audrey Knueppel, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel. Al was the owner/operator of Marohl Amusements for 32 years and drove vehicles for Witt Ford in Pulaski after retiring. Al enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf and playing Sheephead with his buddies. He was a member of the Bonduel Lions Club for over 50 years and loved the Bonduel community. He loved his family dearly and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Al is survived by his wife of 60 years, Audrey; his daughters, Jody (Steve) Bartz and Lisa (Jeff) Hintz; grandchildren, Jocelyn (Justin) Zuleger and Lindsay (Cullen) Braun; great grandchildren, Myles, Camden, Krew, Corbin, Rosalie and Emmett; brothers, Charles (Audrey) Marohl, Marlin (Mary) Marohl, and Dale (Pat) Marohl; a sister, Susan Rhode; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Marilyn Dobratz, Roger (Kay) Knueppel, and Karen Mitchell. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceding Al in death are his parents and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Edwin Knueppel and Florence Knueppel Buelow, his special grandson Justin Jeske, sister Lois Krings, brother-in-law, John Dobratz, and sister-in-law, Rojean Knueppel.
A funeral service for Al will be held at noon on Saturday, February 26th, 2022 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel with Rev. Timothy Shoup officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the Bonduel American Legion. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:30am until the time of the service.
