Allen "Butch" Wedde, age 76, of Gresham, passed away on June 10, 2020 in Shawano. Allen was born on May 7, 1944, in Shawano, to the late Robert Wedde, Sr. and Anna Riske, and stepmother, Nancy Cuish. On July 13, 1963, Allen was united in marriage to Dorothy Graham at Church of the Wilderness in Bowler. Allen loved his job at TelSmith in Milwaukee/Mequon as a crane operator and even more loved to talk about his job frequently. He also loved retirement and spent a lot of time 4-wheeling and trail riding "up on the hill". Allen always looked forward to spending time with family, especially the babies, also family parties and get togethers. He was an avid outdoorsman, and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Left to cherish Allen's memory are his wife of 56 years, Dorothy; his son Gerald Wedde of Gresham; his sisters, Sharon Wedde and Betty Womboldt; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Wedde and Anna Riske; stepmother, Nancy Cuish; his son, Thomas Wedde; his brother, Robert Wedde, Jr.; his sister Anna Mae (Louis, Jr.) Burr; sister-in-law, Lillian and Leo Bessette; and brothers-in-law, Edward Graham and Phillip and Norene Graham.

A private family service at graveside will be held at a later date.
