Alvin T. Paske, age 91, of Shawano, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012 at a local nursing home. Born on February 20, 1921 in Morrisonville, he was the son of the late Frank and Minnie (Wangerin) Paske. On June 12, 1943 he was united in marriage to Phyllis Kuehn in Watertown. The couple made their home in the Milwaukee area where Alvin worked as a Depot Agent for the Milwaukee Road in Hartland and Brookfield. He also managed the Lake Theater in Pewaukee. Two years ago the couple moved to the Shawano area. Alvin was an avid bowler. He was a member of the Divine Savior Lutheran Church. Alvin is survived by: his wife, Phyllis; 2 daughters, Sandy Milivojac of Shawano, Donna Veigh of Shawano; 2 grandchildren, Michelle (Justin) Haese, Thomas (Candi) Veigh II; and 4 great-grandchildren, Blake and Mason Haese and Alex and Anthony Veigh II. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Naumann officiating.
