Angela Dee Owen-Voight, age 52, of Shawano, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2026, at her home in Shawano. Born on March 22, 1974, to Dean Jr. and Frances “Fran” (Liberty) Voight in Fond du Lac, WI. After graduating from Shawano High School with the class of 1992, she went on to work in home health care. She worked as a professional care worker for adults with disabilities for many years. Angela was an animal lover and loved doting on her dogs. Her family was her world, especially her daughters. For fun, she enjoyed going to music festivals, listening to all types of music, being out in nature, and playing at the casino. Angela was a strong-willed, confident, and determined woman with a go-getter attitude. She was a wonderful mother, sister, and wife and she will be deeply missed.

Angela is survived by: her husband and love of her life, Shane Koukari; her daughters, Ashley(Jeremy) Bryar and Lexi (Salvador Hernandez) Koukari; her grandchildren, Aaliyah, Bentley, Baby Sal and Brooklyn; her siblings, Aaron (Crystal) Voight and Adam (Tabitha) Voight; her nieces and nephews, Jasmine, James, Jerome, Sosaeh, Sapahtis, Aaden and Patience. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her parents Dean and Fran.

A celebration of life is being held at Hayman Falls at 12:00pm for May 22, 2026.
