Anita A. Bartelt, age 91 of Bonduel, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019 in Shawano.  Born on June 16, 1927, in the Town of Oak Grove, Dodge County, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Martha (Blaese) Hinkfuss.  Anita was united in marriage to Harry W. Bartelt on June 17, 1950, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel.  Anita worked side by side with Harry on the family farm until retiring in 1992.  When Harry developed health problems Anita acted as his sole caregiver for many years before he passed away on September 12, 2005.  Anita loved to tell stories and talk to family and friends over the telephone.  Her hobbies included gardening and selling farm fresh eggs from the chickens she raised.

Anita is survived by: two daughters, Linda (Jeff) Herrmann and Sharon (Mike) Heling both of Bonduel; as well as three grandchildren, Nicole (fiance Derek Sherman) Heling of Janesville, Terilyn (Jake Robles) Heling of Whitewater, and Aaron Heling of Bonduel.  She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Edward Hinkfuss, Helen Kranz, Alice Booth, and Norman Hinkfuss.

A funeral service for Anita will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel with Rev. Mark Palmer officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
