Arnold Oshkeshequoam, age 64, of Keshena, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022.  Arnold was born in Keshena on December 29, 1957, son of the late Leonard and Matilda (Mahkimetas) Oshkeshequoam, Sr.  After high school Arnold enlisted and served in the United States Army.  He went on to work as a smoke jumper fighting wildfires out west.  He loved the woods and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and trapping.  He also enjoyed taking walks, bike rides, and having fun and joking around with family and friends.

Arnold is survived by his children and siblings, Troy (Maria) Oshkeshequoam and Lisa (Aaron) Weso.  Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive him.

Preceding Arnold in death are Patricia Doxtator, his parents, and siblings, Leon Mahkimetas, Patricia Mahkimetas, Leonard Oshkeshequoam, Jr., Ronald Oshkeshequoam, Michael Oshkeshequoam, Richard Oshkeshequoam, Sr., Diane Oshkeshequoam, and Darwin Oshkeshequoam.

A time of sharing will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of sharing.
