Barbara Ann Dillenburg, age 65, of Shawano, passed away unexpectedly on October 14, 2016 at her home. Barb was the daughter of the late Wallace and Phyllis (Krause) Buettner. She as a life- long member of St. James Church, Shawano where she attended school and later graduated from Shawano High School. On October 18, 1969 she was united in marriage to Harry Dillenburg at St. James Church, Shawano. Together they raised their two sons on the family farm. Barb was a hard working farmer's wife and homemaker, farming alongside her husband and sons. She loved horses and enjoyed horseback riding. More than anything she loved her family and was a devoted grandmother who cherished spending time with her six grandchildren.

Barb is survived by: her husband of nearly 47 years, Harry; two sons and their families, Steve and Lori Dillenburg and their children, Kaitlyn, Taylor, Dalton, and Courtney, and Jason and Dana Dillenburg and their children, Austin and Megan. She is also survived by: her siblings William Buettner, Bob (special friend Barb) Buettner of Cecil, Bonnie (Charles) Bartz of Shawano, and Becky Buettner of Shawano; brothers-in-law, Harvey (special friend Joyce) Dillenburg of Shawano and Harlow Dillenburg of Clintonville; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including, close friend Patsy Krueger who affectionately called her, "Barb-Wire".

Barb is preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Phyllis Buettner; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Esther (Kunschke) Dillenburg; brother-in-law, Bob Jung and sister-in- law Marlene Buettner.
