Barbara A. Echtner-Otto, age 78 of Shawano, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021, in Neenah.  She was born on October 24, 1942, to the late Alois and Florence (Eucke) Biel.  She was a secretary for 35 years working for the Manitowoc Court House and Phoenix Manufacturing of Shawano. Barbara was united in marriage to James Echtner-Otto on May 1986.  James passed away in 1996.  Barbara had a deep love for animals, especially her cat, Charlie. She was a member of Peace United Church of Christ.

Barbara is survived by several special friends.

She was preceded in death by: her parents and husband.

Following Barbara's wishes no public services will be held.  Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Memorials in Barbara's name may be given to Shawano County Humane Society.
