Barbara A. Hudson, age 83, of Bonduel, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. Barbara was born on March 7, 1937, in Shawano, to the late Arthur "A.W." and Ruth (Sindberg) Gast. In September 5, 1981, she was united in marriage to Jerry Hudson in Sanford, Florida. Barbara was a missionary for Wycliffe Bible Translators, she had a strong and deep faith which impacted many people. She was very musical and loved to sing. Barbara was a concert pianist and gave lessons for many years. She enjoyed many things in nature including birds, flowers, camping, and being in the outdoors.

Barbara is survived by: her husband, Jerry; her children, Rev. Chuck (Joy) Apple of Sheboygan, CW5 Michael Kenneth (Tammy) Apple, retired U.S. Army, of Tennessee, Cynthia (Lynn) Fewox-Hudson of Indiana, Nancy Hudson of Massachusetts, and Janet (Nate) Johnson of Indiana; her grandchildren, Silas (Lauren), Alyssa (Luke), Trenton (Eryn), Taylor (Nathasha), Michael (Tara) Jr., Alisha (Wesley), Hunter, Isaiah, and Lydia; 14 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Tim (Kathy) Gast, Sr. of Shawano and Patricia (Lamartine) Liberus of Haiti. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by: her parents and her siblings, Bill Gast, Art Gast, Jr., Jim Gast, and Jerry Gast.

Private family services will be held with Rev. Taylor Apple officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to City Church in Sheboygan for the purchase of Bibles to be donated in Barbara's name.
