Barbara R. Oberle, age 75 of the Town of Washington, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at her home. Born on October 18, 1936 in New Hudson, MI, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Inez Wade. She married Ray Oberle; he precedes her death. Barbara had lived in this area for the past 45 years and worked at Eagle Knit as a seamstress. She also worked at A&W as a carhop for a short time. In her free time she enjoyed bowling on leagues, doing crafts and finding a good rummage sale. Barbara is survived by: her daughter, Charlene (Chico) Reyes of Shawano; a son, Jack Carr of CA; 2 stepsons, Jim Oberle of Shawano, Jerry (Margo) Oberle of Shawano; 2 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Barbara was preceded in death by: her husband, Ray; a daughter in infancy; her parents; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers. Private family services were held.
