Brian Claude Jewett, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday March 12, 2023, in Shawano. Brian was born in Manistique, Michigan on June 10, 1965, to Karen (Knops) Jewett and the late Harold Jewett. Brian grew up in the upper peninsula of Michigan.  He worked many years as a truck driver and as a lumber inspector. On July 27, 2019, he was united in marriage to Charlene Hanson, in Cecil.  In his free time, he enjoyed bowling, playing horseshoes, and was a diehard Milwaukee Brewer fan. He was quite the jokester and could always be counted on for the occasional zinger. More than anything Brian loved spending time with his friends and family.

Brian is survived by his wife, Charlene; his children, Erin (Matthew) Deal, Adam (Angie) Jewett, Conrad (Renee) Jewett, Benjamin Jewett, Daniel Hanson, Teelah (Benny) Harke, David (Jess) Kiefer, Scott Morford, Ashlynn Cowart, Kaitlynn (Tyler) Sobczak; numerous grandchildren; his mother, Karen Jewett; and siblings, Jodie (Russ) Johnson and Jeff (Debbie) Jewett. His is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A memorial service for Brian will be held at Swedberg Zastrow Funeral Home in Cecil at 1:00pm on Friday March 24, 2023. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00am until the time of the service.
