Bruce E. Ninham, age 65, of Clintonville, passed away on Monday June 8, 2020. Bruce was born on May 31, 1955, in Shawano, to the late Morris Sr. and A. Colleen (Bowman) Ninham. Bruce worked for many years at Kroenke Sawmill and North Star Casino. Bruce retired from North Star Casino in July 2004 due to disability. Bruce was a resident of Red Springs, Morgan Siding, Gresham, and most recently Clintonville. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and listening to country music.

Bruce was always the life of the party, loved to cut a rug and the King of Jigging, loved to visit with family and friends, and trips to the casino. He was the favorite Uncle of many of his nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces. Bruce was a caring and giving person who could always be counted on to lend a helping hand when needed.

Bruce is survived by: brothers, Maurice (Joan) Ninham, Robert Ninham, Allen (Violet) Ninham, Kenneth (Florence) Ninham, and Craig Ninham; sister, Janet (John) Hill; brother-in-law, George Mohawk; special niece, Jill Lyons; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Bruce is preceded in death by: his parents, Morris and A. Colleen Ninham; brothers, Gerald M. Ninham and Dennis W. Ninham; sisters, Yvonne Creapeau, Carrol Mohawk, and Sharon R. Ninham.

A gathering of family and friends for Bruce will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Gresham from 3:00 pm until 6:30 pm, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm is reserved for the immediate family, elderly, and those at high risk for COVID, masks will be required at this time. From 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm the visitation will be open to all and masks will not be required.
