Carolyn “Carol” L. Kenney, of Bonduel, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, in Shawano. Born on September 12, 1951, to the late William and Marilyn (Hibner) Bull in Vallejo, CA. She lived all over the United States including California, Colorado, Arkansas, and finally ended up in Indianapolis. Carol attended Arsenal Technical High School and went on to work as a florist for numerous years. She met the love of her life William “Bill” Kenney, who had been owning and operating an art gallery. They promised each other to wait three years before starting a family. She was united in marriage to Bill on October 13, 1973, at St. Peter Lutheran Church. They lived in Indianapolis for around 13 years before moving to Green Bay in 1985. Carol’s faith was very important to her throughout her life. She had an eye for fashion and loved adding to her clothing collection. In her free time, she loved crafting, and could sew and mend just about anything. She loved being able to make birthday cards for all her 10 grandchildren. Carol loved old movies and could name all the classic movie stars from back in the day. She was a sweet woman and extremely sharp. Her ability to fix and solve problems always stood out to those who knew her. Carol will be deeply missed.
Carol is survived by: her husband of 52 years William “Bill” Kenney; her children, Bill (Jourdan) Kenney and James “Jim” (Wren) Kenney; her grandchildren, Archer, Violet, Ruth, Minta, Peregrine, Lars, Viggo, Ives, Solveig, and Maple-Jean; her siblings, Marshall Bull, Lynda Bull, Bonnie Bull, Nancy Larsen, and Teresa Collins; She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by: her parents William and Marilyn; her siblings, Gary Bull and Kathi Boggs.
A funeral service for Carol will be held at 11:00 am on Friday October 9, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran Church with Pastor. Fehrman officiating. Visitation will begin at the church on 10:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be held in the church cemetery.
