Obituary

Cecil R. Sperberg, age 43 of Shawano, died on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. He was born on May 31, 1973 in Shawano. Cecil was raised in Shawano, where he also attended school and currently a student at the College of the Menominee Nation. He enjoyed running, fishing and trapping.
Cecil is survived by his children, Knowledge, Aishia, Jovan and Cicaly; his mother and step-father, Brenda (Schoenfeldt) and John Marsh of Mountain; two brothers and a sister; as well as numerous relatives and friends, including aunts, uncles and special cousins, including Richard and Phillip.
He is preceded in death by his biological father, Virgil Barnes, as well as his adoptive father, Norman Sperberg.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Joel Pyatskowit officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the services. www.swedbergfuneralhome.com
