Charles L. Gordon, Jr., age 66, of Shawano, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at home. He was born on May 6, 1956 to the late Charles Gordon, Sr. and Frances (Long) Gordon in Milwaukee. Charles attended Shawano High School. On July 4, 2020, he was united in marriage to Jannette Felhofer. Charles owned and operated his own semitruck as an over the road driver for 35 years. He was an avid race car driver at the Shawano Speedway in his younger years and was a skilled mechanic. During his free time, Charles enjoyed working in his garage and going fishing. He will be missed by all who knew him, including his dogs, Sage and Cleo whom he loved.

He is survived by his wife, Jannette Gordon; his children, Jaimee Brady, Angela Quinn and Charles (Krystal) Gordon III; grandchildren, Macy, Sophia, Michael, Joey and Asa; step-grandchildren, Lewis, Jaylah, DeAjah and River; his sisters, Margaret Gordon and Shelly Adamson; half-sisters, Janet Dahl and Kathy Rodriguez; nieces and nephews, Tracy (Melissa) Wassenberg, Elizabeth (Calvin) Reinke, Patrick (Karen) Wassenberg, Brianna (Scott) Reaner, Jeremy (Katherine) Scheffner, Andrew Scheffner, Steven (Jodi) Dahl and Jason (Kristen) Marquette; and his Godmother, Beverly Pizzo. Charles is further survived by great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and many friends.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Glenda Marquette.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Scott Valentyn and Deacon Jim Lonick officiating. Visitation will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday at the church until the time of service.
