Clayton William (Milhans) Horne, age 31, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2024, in Dayton, Ohio. He was born on February 24, 1993, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Clayton attended schools in Gillett, Wisconsin and Green Bay. He enjoyed music reading, writing, poetry, the outdoors and had a love for all animals. Clayton will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Clayton is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jennifer (Coombs) and John Gerow; father and stepmother, Ron and Sarah Milhans; spouse, Michelle Horne; brothers, Andrew (Mariah) Milhans, Cody (fiancé Lydia Page) Milhans; stepsister, Laura Gerow; stepbrother, Logan Gerow; grandparents, Jane Coombs, Robert and Lea Milhans; step grandparents, Harv and Judy Ulch and Rose Gerow; aunts and uncle, Laura Coombs and Lisa (Tom) Styczynski; cousins, Josh, Hailey, Ally and Deven. He is further survived by numerous great aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.

Clayton is preceded in death by his grandfather, Rev. Raymond Coombs; step grandfather, Paul Gerow; and cousins, Heather and Aaron.

A private family service for Clayton will be held. Swedberg Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
