Obituary
Clifford J. Olson, Sr., age 65, of Menominee County, Suring, died in Wausau on Saturday, September 17, 2016, from injuries received from a working accident. Clifford was born on August 7, 1951, the son of the late Lucille (Mahkimetas) and Richard J Olson, Sr. He was born and raised on the Menominee Reservation. Clifford was united in marriage to Beatrice Brunette who preceded him in death in July of 2003. He owned and operated Olson Tree Service and was avid Packer fan.
Clifford is survived by: his children, Michelle (Dale), Clifford, Jr., Mary "Monee" (Duane), A. Waehsaeh (Cheryl), Shelby, and Marcelino; one brother, Richard (Eleanor); one sister, Charlene; his special friend, Amber; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice; one son, Donavan; four brothers, Edward, Calvin, Clarence, and Carl; and his sister, Rosella.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at the Olson residence, W813 County Road M, Suring, WI, with Rev. Joel Jores officiating. Burial will be in Our Lady of Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the residence until time of services.
