Coletius "Jake" James Rouillard, Jr., age 34, of Keshena, passed away on November 8, 2016 at his home.
Jake was born and raised in Oglala, South Dakota on March 17, 1982, the son of Coletius James Rouillard, Sr. and the late Betty Lou Good Voice Flute.
He lived in the Keshena area for the past 16 years and was united in marriage to Corrina Wayka on September 13, 2013.
He was the kind of guy who always had a big smile on his face, something to laugh about or something crazy to say. He enjoyed going to the casino, riding in the woods and doing mechanic work.
More than anything, Jake was a proud dad and loved spending time with his kids.
Jake is survived by:
his wife, Corrina; four children, Jarrell, Karen, Colleece and Jaycius; his father, Coletius J. Rouillard, Sr.; sisters, Amanda, Priscilla, Mavis, Annjillan, August and Nadine; one brother, Michael; father-in-law, Joseph, Sr.; mother-in-law, Rose A. Madosh; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Laura, Dana, Lonia, Randal, Jessie, Joseph, Jr, and Jo-Ellen.
He is preceded in death by:
his mother, Betty Lou Good Voice Flute; his grandparents, Levi and Bertha Good Voice Flute, Samuel Baldwin Rouillard and Dorothy Patrice Storer Rouillard; as well as Randal L. Madosh, Sr. and Karen r. Sackatook.
Graveside services for Coletius will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery in Neopit.
Visitation will be held at the Rouillard residence, N455 Souligney Rd. Warrington Addition from Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 4:00 pm until the procession leaves for the cemetery on Thursday.
Son, brother, father, friend to all…you'll be missed, but not forgotten.
