Connor Simon LaTender, age 20, of Neopit, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 22, 2022. He was born on August 12, 2002 to Meshan Beauprey and Kenny J. LaTender. Connor graduated as the Salutatorian of the class of 2020 from Menominee Indian High School. Currently, he was a Junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Connor was a happy spirit who loved his brothers and loved his family deeply. He was a fan of the New York Yankees and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

He is survived by his mother, Meshan; brothers Ty (Jailene Reiter) LaTender, Dayton LaTender; grandparents, Simon and Carol LaTender; special nephews, Marcus and Kenny, Jr.; special niece, Ellie; brother, Richard Tourtillott III; and maternal grandfather, Pedro Guerrero. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Connor is preceded in death by his father, Kenny; and brothers, Chance LaTender and Kenny R. LaTender, Sr.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 30, 2022, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr. Timothy Machila officiating. Visitation will be held at the Neopit Community Center on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 5:00 pm until the time of service on Friday at the church.
