Constance Marie "Connie" Barrows, age 71 of Cecil, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. She was born in Milwaukee on March 30, 1947 to the late Waldemar and Clayre (Warner) Wick.

Connie is survived by: her husband, Don Barrows; children, Dave (Cyndi) Blackman, Cindy (Jeff) Easter, Dave (Bekah) Barrows, Heather (Trapper) McFerron and Kathy (Jeff Pfannenstiel) Vickers; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and one sister, Sandy Kenny.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Douglas Barrows.

Private graveside services will be held. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Church on the Hill from noon until 2:00pm.
