Dale Richard Schwab, age 82, passed away on July 28, 2023, in Shawano. Dale was born on July 8, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Henry "Skip" and Berle "Sue" (Puttnam) Schwab. He graduated from college and earned his degree as an EMT. Dale worked for several years at Pine Hills Golf Course as a groundskeeper. In his free time, Dale enjoyed cutting wood and mowing lawns. He loved working at the hatchery with his friends, Bud Miller, Don Miller and Greg Miller. Dale was a devoted member of the Church of the Wilderness.

Dale is survived by his sons, Ricky (Melanie) Skenandore and Henry Schwab and eleven grandchildren. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Dale is preceded in death by his sister Carolyn "Sissy" Collins and parents, Skip and Sue.

A memorial service for Dale will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday August 8, 2023, at Church of the Wilderness in Bowler with Pastor Paul Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Stockbridge Munsee Indian Burial Grounds. Visitation will begin on Tuesday from 11:30 am and continue until the time of service at church.
