Darlene Mae Hansen, age 100, passed away on Friday August 15, 2025, in Clintonville. Darlene was born on April 23, 1925, in Iowa to the late John and Mabel (Doud) Daniel, Sr. On October 31, 1948, she was united in marriage to Lionel J. Hansen in Keosauqua, Iowa. The couple spent 52 wonderful years together enjoying golfing, traveling the world together and making memories with their loved ones that Darlene cherished. In her free time, Darlene played bridge and mahjong.

Darlene is survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Darlene is preceded in death by her husband, Lionel; parents, John, Sr., and Mabel; and siblings, John (Audrey) Daniels, Jr., and Audrey (Bill) Weller.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday September 6, 2025, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 am until the time of service. Inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery.
