Darlene Faye Lohrentz, age 75 of DePere, formerly of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Darlene was born on July 18, 1945, to the late Arthur and Eleanor (Ready) Strelow in Shawano. Darlene worked for many years at different jobs but especially enjoyed working at Safe Haven. She is a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Leopolis. Darlene enjoyed reading, going for walks, and landscaping her yard. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed every moment spent with them. Darlene will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.

Darlene is survived by her children, Robert Lohrentz of Clintonville, Dixie (Michael) Hall of Cecil, Todd Lohrentz of Pella, Rodney (Kelly) Lohrentz of Hobart, and Dana (Eric) Walton of Green Bay; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a sister, Lily (David) Lorge of Clintonville; a brother Gary (Yvonne) Strelow and sister-in-law, Norine Strelow. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Arthur Strelow, Jr.

A funeral service will be held for Darlene at 1:30 pm on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Leopolis with Fr. Nonito Barra officiating. Burial will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from noon until the time of service.
