David Anthony Doxtator, age 59 of Green Bay, passed away Monday, November 05, 2012 in Green Bay. Born on June 24, 1953 in Tigerton, he was the son of Theresa Reed and the late James Doxtator. On June 21, 1990 he was united in marriage to Shelby Fish in Green Bay. The couple made their home in Green Bay where David was a member of the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church. David worked in construction and carpentry. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, and shooting pool. He also enjoyed restoring Native American artifacts. David is survived by: his wife, Shelby; 2 sons, Asa Doxtator and Anthony Doxtator both of Bowler; a step daughter, Kelly Fish of Green Bay; a step son, Kenneth J. Fish of Sioux Falls; 16 grandchildren including Kevin Fish whom David raised as a son; and his mother, Theresa Reed of Oneida. Traditional funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Asa Doxtator residence located at N9474 Moh He Con Nuck Road, Bowler. Visitation will be held at the residence from 6:00pm on Tuesday until the time of the service on Friday.
