David J. Hawpetoss, age 48, of Gresham, passed away on July 25, 2015. David was born on January 29, 1967, in Green Bay to Jill Johnson. He attended Lincoln High School in Manitowoc. David enjoyed fishing, baseball, and football, especially the Green Bay Packers. He ABSOLUTELY loved shooting pool, golfing, and making his mother go gray. David was also a handyman known as "Mr. Fix It". David is survived by his children, Ry Hallada and Henry Hawpetoss; two step grandchildren; his mother Jill (Paul Marroquin) Johnson; his brothers and sisters, Joleen Hawpetoss, Travis Hawpetoss, Peter Hawpetoss, and Alicia Hawpetoss; and special friend, Tami Grignon. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the Neopit Community Center with Father David Barrett officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday. Burial will be in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.
