David D. Reed, age 69 of Pulaski, passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021. David was born on May 2, 1951 to the late Alfred Sr. and Emily (Schuettpelz) Reed. On September 28, 1974, David was united in marriage to Judith Flaig in Shawano. Upon graduation from high school David began farming with his father and his brother, Wayne, until the barn caught fire. He went on to become a commercial fertilizer applicator for several years and then went on to become a trailer mechanic until his retirement. David enjoyed growing roses, making trailers, and small engine work. They enjoyed spending time with their cats, Kitty, Mitsie, and Tigger.

David is survived by his wife, Judith, and his siblings, Warren Reed, Sally Pirlot, Wayne (Jayne) Reed, Beverly (Ken) Van Ark, and Lorna (Russell) Mueller. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Marvin, Norma, Alfred Jr., and Barbara.

Family services will be held for David at 1:30 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Rev. Steven Schauder officiating.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from noon until the time of service.
