David Raymond Skenandore, age 57 of Milwaukee, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in Milwaukee. Born on December 27, 1955 in Milwaukee, he was the son of Evelyn (Metoxen) Skenandore and the late Walter R. Skenandore. On March 6, 1981 he was united in marriage to Geraldine LaFainer in Milwaukee. David worked as a crane operator for a construction company. When not at work, he enjoyed beading, playing his X-Box, watching the Packers and Brewers, working on cars with his daughters and loved spending time with his grandchildren. David is survived by: his wife, Geraldine; his 4 daughters, Vanessa R. Lawe of Middle Village, Frances R. Lawe of Keshena, Becky L. Lawe of Middle Village, Karrie A. (fiancé, Bernard Webster) Skenandore; 9 grandchildren, Ashely, Jordan, Cierra, Kyle, Na-Shay-La, Hayden, Makayla, Emalee, Kay-Yariah; his mother, Evelyn Skenandore of Oneida; 4 sisters, Debra of Milwaukee, Linda (Brian) Bateman of Oneida, Elaine (Donald) Terpstra of Oneida, Kristine (Jim) Hughes of Oneida; 3 brothers, Robert (Linda) of Oneida, Jeffrey (Julie) of SC and Michael (Angel) of Valders; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. David was preceded in death by: a son, Robert; his daughter, Lyndsey; and his father, Walter. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Monday, October 21, 2013 at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Keshena with the Rev. David McElroy O Praem officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the family residence located at N1990 Hickory Road in Middle Village from 5:00pm on Thursday until the procession leaves for the church on Monday.
