Deborah Ann Zdiarstek, age 63, of Shawano, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Shawano. Born on September 21, 1953 in Cook County, IL, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Catherine (Romanek) Gierut.  On April 12, 1980, Deborah was united in marriage to Dennis "Sparky" Zdiarstek in Shawano.  She lived all her married life in Shawano and worked at Wisconsin Finance, ALPHA for 20 years, and Shawano County for 16 years.  She is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Shawano Civil Air Patrol.  Deborah enjoyed spending time with her dog, BJ.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Dennis; her brother, Gary (Laura) Gierut of Oaklawn, IL; two sisters, Sheila Norton of Worth, IL and Linda Gierut of Allsip, IL; and sister-in-law, Helen (Jim) Karcz of Shawano. She is further survived by three nieces, Liza Alisha, and Katie; two grandnephews, Oliver and Aiden; and one grandniece, Aubrey.
