Debra J. Anderson, age 62, of Shawano, died on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 in Appleton. Debra was born in Menomonie, MI on January 16, 1954 to the late Thomas R. and Jean (Ihler) Anderson. She was a kind, gentle, loving woman, who was always willing to help others and adored her beloved pets.

Debra is survived by: three sisters, Cheryl (fiancé, Jay Kumm) Anderson, Geri-Lynn (Dave) Popelka, and Tami Anderson; three step-sisters, Terry (Craig) Adelbush, Sharon (Tom) Fisher, and Dawn Kelly; one step-brother, Jeff (Carol) Smith; her step-mother, Maggie Anderson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2016 at Divine Savior Lutheran Church in Shawano with Rev. Paul Kuehn officiating. Inurnment will be in Lake Drive Cemetery in the Town of Wescott. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Swedberg Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
