Debra Brisk, age 55, of Keshena passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. She was born on November 3, 1966 to the late William Wiggins and Delia "Dolly" (Brisk) Kohel in Milwaukee. Debra graduated high school in Chicago. She has been in Keshena for the past thirteen years. Debra lived her life following traditional Menominee ways. She enjoyed walking in the woods and going to the casino.

She is survived by her two sons, Ramon and Ulesius; one granddaughter; brothers and sisters, William Brisk, Vernon J. Kohel, Jr., Valerie Brisk, Jean LaRock and Annette Kohel; nieces and nephews, Robert P., Robert K., Delia Kohel, Shawn Kohel, Lisa Kohel, Warren Brisk, Kenneth Brisk, Doreen Brisk, Manyain Brisk and Darlene Brisk; and aunts and uncles, Lydia House, Renee House, Forest House and Kevin House.

Debra is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lisa Brisk and Doreen Brisk; aunts and uncles, Kathy House, Norris House, Jim Brisk; and Grandma Alma Nunway.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Fr. Hanz Christian officiating. Visitation will be at 10:00 am on Thursday at the funeral home until the time of service. Burial will be at Neopit Cemetery.
