Delores Dorothy Bucholtz, age 85 of Gresham, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 in Shawano. Born on April 17, 1928 in the Town of Red Springs, she was the daughter of the late Jule and Meta (Duwe) Petrich. On February 22, 1947 she was united in marriage to Lloyd Bucholtz in the Town of Red Springs. He preceded her in death on August 23, 2008. Delores lived in Shawano County most of her life. She was a member of the Our Savior Lutheran Church in Morgan Siding and was active with the Ladies Aid. Delores took great pride in raising her family and loved spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. Delores is survived by: 3 children, Helen Perry of Gresham, Lloyd (Carol) Bucholtz of Rosholt, Terry (Lottie) Bucholtz of Bowler; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 siblings, Manny (Pat) Petrich, Darlene Reif, Dorothy Bucholtz, Leon Petrich, Floyd (Rosie) Petrich; a brother-in-law, Harvey (Rita) Bucholtz; and a sister-in-law, Edna Gara. Delores was preceded in death by: her husband, Lloyd; a son-in-law, Roger Perry; 2 great-grandsons, Aiden and Orion Perry; a step granddaughter, Tracy Suchowski; her parents; 3 sisters, June Cheyka, Joyce Newton, Mary Plummer; and a brother, Howard Petrich. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, March 17, 2014 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Gresham. Burial will be in the Gresham Public Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Gresham from 10:00am until the time of the service.
