Denise A. Kasprzak, age 61, of Keshena passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Denise was born on September 27,1959 to John Newton and the late Alice (Peterson) Newton in Keshena, WI -. On June 20,2003 Denise was united in marriage to Jeff Kasprzak at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Keshena. Denise graduated high school in Wheeling, Ill. She lived and worked most of her life in Illinois and returned to Keshena in 2000. She attended the College of Menominee Nation and had worked at the Menominee Casino. She enjoyed gardening, was well known for her baking and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Denise is survived by her husband Jeff Kasprzak; children John (Sara) LaBarge Sr. Alek (P-wee) LaBarge, Cheyenne Kasprzak. 2 grandchildren Josephine and John LaBarge Jr. Father John Newton Sr. Siblings David (Jana) Karbon, Maureen (Steve) Peterson, John (Darla) Newton Jr. and Tamara Newton.

She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephew's other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Randy Sabesta; Mother Alice Newton, siblings Gary Newton and Allison Brewer and 2 nephews.

Services for Denise will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. – at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Keshena with Fr. Hanz Christen officiating. Burial will be at St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2021, after 4:00 p.m. at Dave Barrett Hall at St. Michael's Catholic Church until the time of service.
