Dolores J. Brunner, age 77, of Shawano passed into The Lord's loving arms on Friday, December 2, 2011. Born on October 30, 1934 in Shawano, Dolores is the daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Dillenburg) Raasch. In 1975 she moved to Green Bay where she was employed by Proctor and Gamble. Upon retiring, Dolores moved to Kimberly and later returned to the Shawano area. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and dancing. Dolores was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano, where she was active with the Christian Mothers. She was also a member of the Shawano Jaycettes and the Shawano Homemakers. Dolores is survived by: 6 daughters, Susan (Reed) Brunner-Gordon of Panorama City, CA; Mary Brunner of Chino, CA; Kathy Brunner of Omaha, NE; Jennifer (William) Green of Port Washington; Bonnie Brunner of Sheboygan Falls; Lisa Brunner of Green Bay; 6 grandchildren, Eric, Lindsey, and Dustin Lemke, Alicia and Travis Green and Brinley Brunner. She is further survived by 3 sisters, Angie Tlachac-Keating, Mary Raasch of Sun City, AZ, Rita (John) Anello-Mondus of Shawano, a brother, Fred Raasch of Gresham and former husband Robert Brunner of Shawano. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Len Evers officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Shawano on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
