Dolores M. Small-Yaiser, age 84 of Green Bay, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013 in Green Bay. Born on May 8, 1928 in Green Bay, she was the daughter of the late Irene Dixon and the late Sanford Fowler, Sr. On December 28, 1985 she was united in marriage to Martin Yaiser in Keshena. He preceded her in death on June 18, 1988. Dolores worked for the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin and was a member of the Tribal Gaming Board. Dolores is survived by: 8 children, Karen Oelke and Sharon (John) Simak both of Union Grove, Kathy Small of IL, Debbie Small of MI, Mary Small of Wisconsin Dells, Elizabeth (George) Walters of Neopit, Keona (John) Lewis of CA, Kearson (Steven) Boivin of Milwaukee; 24 grandchildren, Diane, Rose, Lisa, Clifford, Robert, Cheyenne, Dolores, Ashley, Russell, Laura, Jason, Sopoma, James, Rebecca, Vaughn, Tonya, Darrell, Tiffany, Carra, Casity, Fontane, Brian, Johnny; numerous great-grandchildren; and several great great-grandchildren. Dolores is further survived by: 2 brothers, Louie Dixon and Max (Little) Dixon; numerous nephews including special nephews, Daniel, Billy, Toby, Eugene, Jeff, Jody, Michienne, Tim, Ricky, Loren, Athelo, and Cory; numerous nieces including special nieces, Debbie, Kerry, Jennifer, Jesse, Barbie, Brenda, Diane, Mary Claire and Robin; and several half siblings from her father's side. Dolores was preceded in death by: her husband, Martin; a son, Russell Small; 2 daughters, Jocylyn Williams, Betty Ann Dixon; a special daughter, Gail Peters; grandchildren, Richard, Tony, Brittany, Taylor, Jamie, Marie, Angel, Ann, Diana; 2 great-grandchildren, baby Rockman and baby Shaw; her parents, Irene Pyawasit and Sanford Fowler, Sr.; a brother, Vyron Dixon; and several half siblings on her father's side. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29, 2013 at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. David McElroy O.Praem officiating. Visitation will be held at the Neopit Community Center on Sunday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. A parish wake service is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
