Obituary
Dominic Clark Kaquatosh, infant son of Cameo Self and Calvin Kaquatosh, passed away on August 13, 2016. Dominic was born on August 10, 2016 in Shawano.
Dominic is survived by: his parents, Cameo Self and Calvin Kaquatosh; two brothers, Thomas Kaquatosh and Coltyn Kaquatosh; and his grandparents, Mark and Valerie Self of Middle Village, Lisa (Harlan Still Day) Kaquatosh of Ponemah, MN, and Danny (Sue) Tucker of ND; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, August, 17, 2016 at the Self residence, N2094 Hickory in Middle Village. Visitation will be held at the Self residence starting Monday, August 15, 2016 from 1:00 pm until the time of the services.
