Donald Edward Kozinski, Sr., age 81, of Shawano, died on Thursday, April 20, 2017 in Appleton. Donald was born on January 1, 1936 in Milwaukee to the late Edward and Mary (Milkowski) Kozinski.  He enlisted in the United States Army in 1956 and served our country during the Korean War.  After his honorable discharge in 1959, he married Kathleen Weid on June 1, 1959 in Milwaukee.  Kathleen preceded him in death on April 1, 2009.  While living in Milwaukee, he drove cab and was a construction worker.  He enjoyed fishing and going to the casino.  More than anything, Don loved spending time with his family.

Don is survived by: his children, Dawn (Randall) Reyes, Joyann (Bob) Wojak, Connie (special friend, Jerry) Kozinski, Lynn Marie (Bill Mommaerts) Kieliszewski, Gail Hoeppner, Kenny (Holly) Weid, Donnie (Nikki) Kozinski, Jr. and Joe "Fritz" (Rene) Kozinski; 25 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; his half-brother Robert Kozinski and four nieces.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen; his son Glen and his parents.

Per Donald's wishes, no services will be held.
