Donita D. “Doni” Wopshel, age 58, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 14, 2026, in Shawano. Doni was born on March 7, 1968, in West Allis to the late Millard and Karen (Karn) Ragland. She worked as a beautician for many years. In her free time, Doni enjoyed painting, shopping, traveling down south and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. Doni loved her family and her grandchildren were extremely important to her. She never missed an opportunity to attend her grandchildren’s activities and enjoyed taking them to Thursday night concerts at Franklin Park where they got many autographs from band members. Doni loved holidays, especially Christmas and Thanksgiving because she knew her loved ones would be together. She was a member of Hope Community Church in Shawano.

Doni is survived by her children, Emma (TJ) Alf, Olivia Wopshel and Josh Wopshel; grandchildren, Keegan Koeller, Winston Moran and Charlotte Wopshel; and siblings, Terry (Molly) Ragland, David (Amber) Ragland, Jim (Beth) Ragland, Kathy (Patrick) Staggs and Jeff Ragland. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Doni is preceded in death by her daughter, April Behl; sister, Jackie Ragland; best friend, Doug Behl; and parents, Millard and Karen Ragland.

Services will be announced at a later date. In Doni’s memory, the family requests that any donations be made to help support them during this difficult time.
