Dora Jean Teller, age 64 of Appleton, formerly of the Menominee Reservation, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019. She was born on December 27, 1954 in Shawano, to the late Raymond "Steve" and Mabel (Mahkimetas) Teller. She lived most of her life on the Menominee Reservation with having lived the past six years in the Fox Cities. Dora loved her family especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved completing word puzzles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Teller of Lawrence, KS and Daoma (fiancée, Cody Peters, Sr.) Teller of Appleton, WI; special friend, David "Peco" Askenette; grandchildren, Troy David, Elizabeth (Casey), Aliah Rose (Nevada Jr.), William "AJ", Ivan, Rachel, Sean, Kiley, Tracy Jr., and Cody James "Bubbz" Jr.; great-grandchildren, Levi, Cataleya, Rosalio, Aariyah, and Nevada III; step-mother, Shirley Teller of Neopit; siblings, Daryl Teller, Gerald Teller, Duaine (Rita) Teller, Roarah (Willard "Buz") Peters, Anthony (Debra) Teller, Renee (Frank Thomas) Teller, Russell (Brian) Teller, Victor Teller, Janice (Duaine Kaquaosh) Teller, Jerome (Penny Pamonicutt) Teller and Marilyn (Jose) Arlequin; and is further survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Raymond and Mabel; special friend, Walter "Rock" Fish, Sr.; the father of her children, Stephen Anthony Crowe; a granddaughter, Danica Pamaska; her siblings, David Teller Sr., Clarabelle Teller, Deborah Teller, Stanley Oshkosh; and a nephew, Raymond Teller.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with Fr. Nonito Barra officiating. Burial will be held in the Teller Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Neopit Community Center starting at 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 29, 2019 until the time of service Tuesday. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, July 1, 2019 at the Neopit Community Center.
