Edward M. "Bosco" Miller, age 55 of Neopit, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2011 in Appleton. Born on September 5, 1956 in Keshena, he was the son of Verna (Beauprey) and the late Fred "Bud" Miller. On October 9, 1987 he was united in marriage to Lois McGeshick in Keshena. Edward worked at Menominee Tribal Enterprise for 31 years and was a member of the St. Anthony's Catholic Church. He was an original singer of the Smokey Town Drum and an original Neopit Wood Tick. In his free time, Edward enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan. Edward is survived by: his wife, Lois; 5 children, Mason (Nicole Elk) Miller of Neopit, Frederick Miller of Neopit, Asthasia Miller of Neopit, Pwagen Frank of Crandon, Francesca Daniels of Crandon; his mother, Verna Miller of Neopit; and 5 siblings, Fred (Liz) Miller of Whitewater, Susan Miller of Keshena, David "Jonesy" (Becky) Miller of Keshena, Clara "Beanie" (Al) Miller of Neopit and Mary Ann "Dokers" Miller of Neopit. Edward is further survived by: his Godchildren, Sapatis Webster, Nevada Pamonicutt, George Johnson; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sylvia, Asthasia, Dennis, Frances, Louella, April, Arlin, Allen, Tina; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers and friends. Edward was preceded in death by: his father, Fred; 2 sisters, Sandra Miller, Lori Miller; a brother, John D. "Johnny Kway" Miller; 2 brothers-in-law, Louis and Joe Shephard; and a Godchild, Patskoseook Webster. Funeral services will be held at 12:00noon on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. Robert Rank officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Neopit Community Center after 10am on Friday until the time of the service on Saturday. A Parish Wake Service will be held at the community center on Friday at 6pm.
