Obituary

Elda Schutt, age 85, of Clover Leaf Lakes, died on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in Shawano. Elda Mae Ida was born to John A. and Barbara (Degner) Kruse on May 13, 1930. On November 6, 1948, Elda was united in marriage to Reinhold R. Schutt at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine. Reinhold preceded Elda in death on March 2, 2004. Elda enjoyed country western music, country western t.v., and had a passion for reading. Her greatest joy in life were her grandchildren.
Elda is survived by: six children, Lewis (Sharon) Schutt of Clintonville, Michael (Sherri) Schutt of Texas, James (Joanne) Schutt of Clintonville, Patrick (Shelley) Schutt of Clover Leaf Lakes, Jeffrey (Lisa) Schutt of Embarrass, and Jackie (Brian) Raddant of Shawano; grandchildren, Shannon Tessen, Jessica (Josh Lapp) Schutt, Johnathon Schutt, Trevor Schutt, Erica (Miguel) Calderon, Timothy Leupold, Sarah Klassen, Rebecca Gee, Paul (Cynthia) Klassen, Leah (Tony) Smith, Rachel (Michael) Price, Seth Klassen, Elizabeth (Demetes) Honore, Stephanie (Michael) Marvel, Brandon Schutt, Sayer Koeller, Shara Koeller, Terry (Kevin) Lamberies, Mark (Dawn) Schutt, Steve (Jennifer) Schutt, and Jennifer (Robert Stickney) Schutt; great-grandchildren, Burgundy (TJ Wolfe), Guy, Braxton, Tiara, Xavier, Allexis, Eric, Alex, Steven, Hosanna, Zoe, Malachi, David, Taylor, Wesley, Elijah, Annabelle, Anna, Xander, Lucas, Katie, Tyler, Alexander, Makayla, Austin, and Blake; and great great-grandchildren, Zeke and Zoey. She is further survived by one sister, Doris Vieau of West Allis and a brother-in-law, Robert (Barb) Schutt of Green Bay.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Reinhold; one daughter, Theresa; her parents; two sisters, Bernice and Irene; and two brothers, John and Lewis.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 4, 2016 at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine with Rev. Kurt Kluge officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Swedberg Funeral Home on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and again at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
