Elizabeth M. "Cissy" (Tomow) Maskewit, age 51 of Keshena started her journey on January 9, 2023. She was born on September 26, 1971, to the late Colin "Pete" Tomow, Sr. and Angala (Munson) Tomow. In her spare time Cissy enjoyed beading, scratch-offs, and spending time with her family and friends.

Cissy is survived by her mother Angala; her boys, Adam and John (Jamie) Maskewit, Jr.; her siblings, Paul (Kim) Tomow, Karen (Dale) Tomow, Margaret Tomow, Colin (Dar) Tomow, Jr., and William (Carol) Tomow, Sr.; her beloved grandchildren, Peirce, Kobe, Ryder and Adam, Jr. Cissy is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and her godson, Gage Wayka, all whom she loved dearly.

Cissy is preceded in death by her father, Colin "Pete" Tomow, Sr., and a nephew, Annawon Peters.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday January 12, 2023, at the St. Michael Catholic Church in Keshena, with Fr. Hanz Christian officiating. Visitation will be held at Fr. David Barrett Parish Hall in Keshena, beginning on Tuesday from 6 p.m. until the time of services on Thursday. Burial will be in Our Lady of the Woods Cemetery in West Branch.
