Elroy J. "Al" Schill, Jr., age 76 of Shawano, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 in Neenah. Born on November 1, 1935 in Waukesha, he was the son of the late Gene and Anne (Koenig) Baker. On January 20, 1958 Al enlisted with the United States Army and served his country for nearly three years. On December 7, 1995 he was united in marriage to Patricia Nowak. Al worked at Harnischfeger for 32 years. When not working he enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and boating. Al also enjoyed sports, especially watching the Packers and Brewers along with his favorite beverage. Al is survived by: his wife, Patricia; 4 children, Debbie (Dennis) Ricciardi of Cudahy, Bob (Sherry) Nowak of Burlington, Vicki (Greg) Brzozowski of Wind Lake, Doug Nowak of Cudahy; 7 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a sister, Jeanne Schultz; 2 nieces and a nephew. A memorial service will be held at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Rozzga-Schuette-Walloch Funeral Home, 4309 South 20th Street, Milwaukee, WI. Visitation will be held at the funeral home in Milwaukee on Saturday after 9:30am until the time of the service.
