Eugene S. Schellinger, age 69, passed away on Thursday September 28, 2023, surrounded by his children and the worst wife he ever had. Eugene was born on May 17, 1954, in Clintonville to the late Eugene and Lorraine (Weiland) Schellinger. In his free time, Eugene enjoyed collecting antiques from rummage and estate sales; he always called his family with his best finds. He loved hunting and fishing. Eugene had a mischievous sense of humor that would make everyone laugh. He will be dearly missed.

Eugene is survived by his children, Emily Schellinger and Ben Burr; grandchildren, Quincy, Isabella, Allison, Lillian and Lucia; former wife, Cherie Schellinger; siblings, Sue, John (Marilyn), Nancy (Sam), Jim (Karla), Mary (Curt), Pat and Becky (Gary). He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Private family services were held.
