Frank D. Gille, age 56 of Shawano, died on Friday, December 12, 2014 in Shawano. He was born on November 19, 1958 in Milwaukee; he is the son of the late Frederick W. and Mildred H. (Schroeder) Gille. On June 27, 1991 Frank was united in marriage to Tamm Koeller at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Muskego. He enjoyed building homes, deer hunting, golfing and trips to Vegas. Frank had a sweet tooth and loved eating sweets. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his sweet grandchildren, who were his joy. Frank is survived by: his loving wife, Tammy; 3 children, Amanda (James Maida) Carpenter of Shawano, Holly (Jason) Krstich of Mokena, IL, and Christi (William G. Matchopatow) of Shawano, 6 grandchildren, Sam, Noah, Madalyn, Bella, Chloe and Parker. He is further survived by his brothers and sisters, Laura (Jeff) Gille, Mary (Bruce) Koepsell, Fred (Wendy) Gille, Michael (Lisa) Gille, his mother-in-law, Bonnie Marciniak, brother-in-law, Dean (Linda) Koeller and sister-in-law Vicky (Dave) Jung. Frank was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
