Frank Erdmann Katzenmeyer, Jr., age 85, passed away on October 18, 2021, in Shawano. Frank was born June 5, 1936, to the late Frank and Hattie (Erdman) Katzenmeyer in Shawano. He was united in marriage to Donna L. Darrow on April 4, 1959. Frank was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano where he served as an usher since he was in eighth grade. He was a truck driver for Graf Creamery. He farmed in the Town of Belle Plaine and was a driver for Dey's and Heritage Hardwoods. Frank enjoyed bowling and going in the woods. He also enjoyed dancing with his beloved wife.

Frank is survived by his wife Donna, children; Judith (Steven) Schreiber of Menasha, and Annette (special friend, Scott) Hammond of Shawano, grandchildren; Ryan (Elena), Nicole, Lea and Alex, great-grandchildren; Mallori, Grace, Mason, Kolton, Lleyton Loraine and Margaret, sisters-in-law; Sue Eggert and Sandra Krauski. He is further survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son, David, granddaughter, Brittney, one son-in-law, two infant sisters, brothers and sisters; Myrtle, Lorraine Frei of Shawano, Vanice Samp of Green Bay, Roger "Butch" (Amy) Katzenmeyer of Evansville, and Harry "Katzie".

A memorial fund has been established for St. James Education Tuition Fund and Thedacare Hospice.

A funeral service will be held at St. James Lutheran Church on Friday, October 22, 2021, at 11:00 am with Rev. Mark Drengler officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Shawano. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 9:30 am until time of service.
