Gerald Stanley “Jerry” Bartline, age 87, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026. Jerry was born on June 21, 1939, in Shawano, son of the late Stanley and Lorraine (Greub) Bartline. He graduated from Shawano High School with the class of 1957. Jerry enlisted in the United States National Guard and served his country proudly. On September 30, 1961, Jerry was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Gloria Stuebs at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano. Jerry and Gloria lived in Appleton for many years where Jerry worked at Riverside Paper Mill, retiring in 2001. The couple then returned to Shawano. In his free time Jerry enjoyed restoring his classic cars, spending time with his beloved pets, planting numerous trees on his property and discussing Shawano History. He was a kind man and a loving husband.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gloria Bartline; his brother, Dennis Bartline; and close friends.
